Welcome to LifeGoodsNest. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase, together with our Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Terms of Service.
1. Customer Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your location, to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase can be legally imported and used in your country or region.
2. Orders and Payments
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. LifeGoodsNest may review, reject, limit, or cancel an order because of:
Insufficient stock
Payment or verification problems
Suspected fraud
Incorrect pricing
Invalid customer or shipping details
Shipping or legal restrictions
If we cancel a paid order, the payment will be returned to the original payment method.
3. Product Information
We aim to display product images, colors, sizes, materials, and descriptions accurately. However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manual measurements, production batches, or material variations.
Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
4. Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order, correct the price, and issue a refund where payment has already been collected.
5. Stock and Delivery
Website stock information is an estimate and may change without notice.
Standard international delivery generally takes 10–20 business days after processing. Customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances may extend delivery times.
If an item becomes unavailable, we may cancel that item and refund the corresponding amount.
6. International Orders and Customs
International customers are responsible for checking local import rules.
Unless clearly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
Product instructions, packaging, and measurements may be provided primarily in English and may differ from local retail standards.
7. Privacy and Security
Personal and payment information is handled according to our Privacy Notice. Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers, and LifeGoodsNest does not intentionally store complete card numbers or security codes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the applicable laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s location.
