Fabric Wreath DIY Kit – Festive Handmade Door & Wall Decoration

I honestly expected it to look more like a simple craft project. Once it was finished and hanging on the door, it looked so much fuller and more polished than I expected. It instantly made the entryway feel festive.

I was a little worried the project would be complicated. After the first few pieces, I completely understood the process. From there it was simple, repetitive and surprisingly relaxing.

Our front door looked so plain before. The second this wreath went up, the whole entrance finally felt like Christmas. It became one of those decorations you notice every time you walk past.

I originally bought it just as a decoration. My daughter sat down beside me and we ended up making the whole thing together. We talked, laughed and kept stepping back to see how it was coming along.

Buying a finished wreath would have been easier. But there was something special about hanging this one up knowing I had actually made it myself. I kept showing it to everyone who came over.

I worked on mine in the evening with Christmas music playing. Once I got into the rhythm, it was one of those activities where you stop thinking about everything else.

I wanted a Christmas gift that felt a little more personal than another candle or mug. This gives someone an activity first and a decoration they can keep afterward.

My biggest concern was that it might look flimsy once it was finished. The layered fabric gives it much more texture and fullness than I expected. It feels softer and warmer than plastic holiday décor.

I originally ordered the Snowman style. After seeing it finished, I immediately wanted Santa and the Reindeer too. The different designs look really cute around different parts of the house.

I kept going back and forth between the designs. In the end I chose the full collection because I knew I would regret leaving half of them behind. They look especially nice displayed together.

I love Christmas decorations, but I don’t like everything looking shiny and plastic. This has a softer, more handmade feel that works much better with the rest of my home.

We normally just unpack decorations from storage every year. Making something new together gave decorating day a completely different feeling.

I wanted something noticeable without looking oversized. Once it was hanging up, the proportions felt just right for the space. It adds color and texture without taking over the whole door.

My partner started helping “for five minutes.” Somehow we both ended up sitting at the table finishing the wreath together. It was simple, funny and much nicer than another night watching TV.

At first I compared the price with ordinary finished wreaths. Then I realized you’re not only buying the decoration — the process of making it is part of what you’re paying for.

The wreath itself is beautiful, but that isn’t the whole reason I liked it. Choosing the style, putting it together and finally hanging something I made myself made it feel much more meaningful.
